 Within the ever changing field of human resourcing, the future holds the potential for dynamic trends and innovative advancements. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already leading the way by simplifying recruitment procedures through the use of automated resume screening and first candidate evaluations (Rasmussen & Ulrich, 2015).   This not only accelerates the employment process but also guarantees a more streamlined selection process.  


The paradigm shift towards remote work is transforming the way organisations approach the process of acquiring talented individuals. Advancements in technology have facilitated effortless virtual cooperation, resulting in the diminishing of geographical limitations. As a result, firms now have the opportunity to access a worldwide talent pool (Hosain, 2020). This transition is not only a reaction to the present circumstances, but rather a deliberate and calculated step towards cultivating a workforce that is more versatile and capable of adjusting to different situations.

Blockchain technology is rapidly becoming a transformative force in the field of credential verification. Blockchain provides a reliable and transparent method for verifying qualifications and certifications, reducing the potential for fraudulent assertions (Saif & Islam, 2022).

Organisations are increasingly prioritising employee experience as a key strategy to attract and retain high-performing employees. Enhancing overall employee satisfaction is crucial and may be achieved through the implementation of positive workplace cultures, personalised development plans, and wellness programmes (Sparrow, et al., 2017).


Predictive analytics is increasingly being seen as a valuable tool for predicting workforce trends and spotting potential deficiencies in capabilities. Examining past and current data enables organisations to make well-informed choices regarding the recruitment, growth, and future leadership of their workforce (Davenport et al., 2010).

Simultaneously, the gig economy is restructuring methods for allocating resources.   Organisations are adopting flexibility by integrating freelancers, contractors, and part-time workers into their workforce, promoting variety and adaptation (Boudreau & Ramstad, 2005).   

As we look ahead, these trends collectively define the future of employee resourcing - a future marked by technological prowess, remote work adaptability, secure credential verification, a focus on employee experience, predictive analytics, and the embrace of a more flexible workforce structure. This evolution promises a workforce that is not only agile but also well-equipped to navigate the challenges of tomorrow. However, it is quite unpredictable on how modern organizations thrive to adapt to these trends and innovations.

Therefore, they have to strengthen their recruitment drives considering new aspect of right recruitments to survive in this changeling environment to safeguard their businesses.
